BANJOL:
Distinctiveness of the village Banjol are its' Padova's with a long promenade: Padova’s are the three sheltered bays starting from the port of Rab towards the south. In summer they buzz with bathers during the daytime and in the dusk with the boats returning from fishing. In winter this is a popular walk in the sunny
afternoons.

One part of Banjol is scattered along the hills above the road and anther has descended to the bays and sea.
Closeness to the old town, nice panorama views and that long promenade that runs along the coast are main
reasons why many love to stay here and often return.Padova III homes an auto camp right by the sea shore and a lovely pebble and sand beach.

The village offers excellent accommodation facilities in private apartments, rooms, hotels and camping.

Distances: beaches: 0-1km, town 0,5- 5 km.

Eating out:

This is also an oasis for gourmands as well as for pizza/ spaghetti lovers ( visit Pizzeria Barba IVO).
Restaurant Adria is excellent  with a first- class fish specialities as well as classic meals, a great place for
vegetarians  too as the restaurant has a excellent salad bar. Location: at Padova I.

Lets us not forget a few other good restaurants/ trattoria in the same area: Zrinski, Padova, Mila...
For its excellent cooking, we recommend SPORT by the petrol station and Aci- marina where you can enjoy
fine cuisine, though the location is not an advantage...

Slow-food cuisine: Restaurant PETRAC on Padova3 & rest. Sirena.
